  • Employers can cancel a job posting or other paid services before the listing goes live. Once a job post is published, it cannot be canceled.
  • Subscription-based services can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.

2.2 For Job Seekers (Premium Memberships & Resume Boosting Services)

  • Job seekers can cancel premium services before they are activated. Once activated, cancellations will be effective for the next billing cycle.
  • One-time services (e.g., resume boosting, featured profile) cannot be canceled after activation.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
