1. Introduction
At HiringZone.in, we strive to provide the best job portal services for both job seekers and employers. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed for our services.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 For Employers (Job Postings & Paid Services)
- Employers can cancel a job posting or other paid services before the listing goes live. Once a job post is published, it cannot be canceled.
- Subscription-based services can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
2.2 For Job Seekers (Premium Memberships & Resume Boosting Services)
- Job seekers can cancel premium services before they are activated. Once activated, cancellations will be effective for the next billing cycle.
- One-time services (e.g., resume boosting, featured profile) cannot be canceled after activation.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
- Duplicate Payments: If a user is charged twice for the same service due to a technical error, a refund will be issued after verification.
- Service Not Delivered: If the purchased service is not provided due to a fault on our end, the user may request a refund.
- Technical Issues: If the service is not accessible due to prolonged technical issues, a partial or full refund may be granted at HiringZone.in’s discretion.
3.2 Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Paid job postings once they go live.
- Subscription fees once the billing cycle has started.
- One-time services (e.g., resume highlighting, featured employer listings).
- Any promotional or discounted services.
4. Refund Process
- To request a refund, users must email support@hiringzone.in within 7 days of purchase with relevant details and payment proof.
- Refund requests are processed within 7-14 business days after verification.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
